Shopping with ALIDHAAR
These terms apply to purchases and use of the ALIDHAAR online store, which is hosted on Shopify. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Exchange Policy.
Products & prices
Refer to each product page for its perfume name, size, description and current price. Prices are displayed in Pakistani rupees (PKR) and include applicable tax. Delivery within Pakistan is free on orders of Rs. 3,000 or more after discounts; a Rs. 300 delivery fee applies below that amount. Product photographs illustrate the perfume; colours and appearance may vary slightly between screens. Please contact us if you need more information before purchasing.
Placing an order
Provide accurate contact and delivery details, and review your selected perfumes and total before completing checkout. Available payment options are shown at checkout, including cash on delivery. If you notice a mistake or need to request a change or cancellation, contact us promptly; changes may not be possible after dispatch.
Offers & sets
Offers apply according to the conditions displayed with them. Eligible sets of exactly two perfumes receive 5% off, and eligible sets of exactly three receive 10% off. The final amount is shown before you complete your purchase. Adding more bottles does not automatically qualify an entire order for a set discount.
Delivery, returns & refunds
Our Shipping Policy explains delivery arrangements. Our Return & Exchange Policy explains eligibility, reporting periods, return shipping and how to request help. Please contact us before sending an item back.
Using this website
Use the store lawfully. Do not misuse customer accounts, submit fraudulent orders, interfere with the website or copy ALIDHAAR branding and content without permission.
Privacy & external services
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. External services linked from the store, including WhatsApp, have their own terms and privacy policies.
Questions & updates
We may update these terms by posting a revised version with an updated date. Changes apply prospectively and do not remove rights attached to an existing purchase. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. For questions or order concerns, contact us below.
