We want you to feel confident shopping with ALIDHAAR. Please contact us before sending a perfume back so we can guide you through the next steps.
Damaged, leaking or incorrect items
Report damaged, leaking or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery. Send your order number and clear photos of the bottle, packaging and issue by WhatsApp or email. Keep the product and packaging while we review your request. ALIDHAAR covers return shipping for confirmed delivery or product errors.
Change-of-mind returns & exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery for perfumes that are unopened, unused and in their original packaging. Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind requests. Opened or used perfumes are not eligible for change-of-mind returns; this does not exclude reports of damage, leakage or an incorrect item.
How to request a return
- Contact us with your order number, delivery date and reason for the request.
- For an item issue, include clear photos.
- Wait for our return instructions and confirmation of the return address before dispatching the parcel.
Refunds & replacements
After reviewing the issue or inspecting a returned item, we will confirm whether your refund or exchange is approved and explain the next steps. For a cash-on-delivery purchase, we will agree a suitable refund method directly with you. The refund amount will reflect the price actually paid, including any applicable set discount.
This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
